FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, the Cheese Course reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration or substitute instructors in case of an emergency.

Waitlists will be offered for every class. Additional classes may be added to the schedule if demand is high and instructor is available.

Credit cards will be charged when class is booked.

Gift certificates may be purchased and used toward classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a $10 processing fee per ticket for all reservation changes (including dates changes and class cancellations).

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of class time in order to be eligible for a full refund.  Any cancellations within 72 hours of class are subject to 50% penalty. Sorry, no exceptions.
