FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, the Cheese Course reserves the right to substitute instructors as needed or cancel any class due to low registration.

Waitlists are offered for every class. If you desire to be added to the waitlist for a class, please email classes@murrayscheese.com. 

Credit cards will be charged when class is booked.

Gift certificates may be purchased and used toward classes and are generally recommended over scheduling a class as a gift for someone else.  To redeem a gift card, please call the Cheese Course at (212)243-3289, extension 12. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least three full business days in advance of class time in order to be eligible for a full refund.  Any cancellations within 72 hours of class are subject to 50% penalty. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
