One of Murray's most smiley faces, Taylor Cocalis, Manager of Murray's 'The Cheese Course', left the Jersey Shore to study Hospitality Management at Cornell University and ventured out to Italy to pursue her Masters in Food Culture at the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
A lovable food snob from childhood (rejecting her mother's Kraft Mac and Cheese in favor of more seasonal vegetables) Taylor has literally made it her mission to educate the world about the pleasures of good food.
Hence, Taylor naturally describes herself in the cheesy adjectives vibrant, voluptuous and earthy. And how do we describe Taylor? The loveliest milk maid in town!
