Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, the Cheese Course reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration or substitute instructors in case of an emergency.
Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance of class time. Credit will be issued towards a future class or cheese purchase. Any cancellations within 48 hours of class are nonrefundable.
Waitlists will be offered for every class. Additional classes may be added to the schedule if demand is high and instructor is available.
Credit cards will be charged when class is booked.
Gift certificates may be purchased and used toward classes.
