Our classroom is home to more than just The Cheese Course. The Murray's classroom can be the next hot spot for an event or party you're planning, be it a birthday, reunion, graduation, anniversary, or bachelor/bachelorette celebration. (But of course, a private cheese class doesn't have to require a specific occasion.) One of our special cheese profs is waiting in the wings to teach a tasting class for your next get together.
Fromager Events
What the heck is a "fromager," (pronounced: fromage-eh , fro-ma-jeh, a la francais) anyway? It's the cheese-equivalent of a sommelier, or wine professional, and we have a slew of 'em. Hire one for a private tasting at your home or office, and learn the ins and outs of cheese and cheese tasting on your own turf.
