A roman feast from down South! The bellies of Allen Franks' free-ranging pigs are hand seasoned, rolled and then cooked, creating a beautiful layer of meat covered with a crunchy, crispy skin. It's moist and piggy with a hint of fat and a nice sprinkling of rosemary. It makes the ultimate sandwich, or you can serve it on its own for dinner. Pairs nicely with a hearty Côtes du Rhône or a rich ale.
