How Rachel came to be working with Cheese:
I have pretty much always worked in specialty cheese and meat. My
parents own a little deli/specialty foods shop in columbus ohio called
Katzinger's. I started working there when I was thirteen-years-old and spent
many years managing their specialty foods and cheese department!
What Rachel is Recommending Now:
Epoisses
Epoisses has been my very favorite cheese since the first time i tasted it at
the tender age of 13. Its runny, gooey, stinkyness is completely addictive!
