Producers Quicke’s Dairy and Kaserei Kraus team up for an ultra rare collaboration to develop Alpencheddar, a one-of-a-kind semi-soft cheese. These two famed cheesemakers add curds from Quicke’s Mature Cheddar to Alp Blossom curds to create a new selection that has a supple paste and surprising flavors of apricots, pistachio, and roasted meats. Try this delightfully snackable and earthy original with a rich spread like Blackberry Farm Smoked Onion Jam or rustic charcuterie like Murray’s Genoa Salami.
