  1. Begin by assembling the sandwiches – place half of the cheese on the bottom two slices of bread, followed by the pear slices and baby kale. Spread the celery relish onto the top slices of bread and then put together the sandwich.
  2. Spread the butter on both sides of each sandwich.
  3. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Once hot, place the sandwiches into the pan and cover with lid or sheet tray. When the first side has turned golden brown, about 4 minutes, carefully flip the sandwiches and brown on the other side. Cover and cook until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
