Bonta Capra

The short version? Bonta Capra is a goat’s milk version of Taleggio. But it’s more than a riff on the classic Italian cow’s milk cheese—it's uniquely delicious in its own right. It shares Taleggio’s signature orange rind, but beneath you’ll find a buttery paste with a beautiful complexity and clean milky flavor. Each slice is soft and silky, making for a gorgeous cheese board when it’s nestled among ribbons of equally luscious Murray’s Prosciutto di Parma and a pile of Italian olives.
