Callie's Charleston Biscuits
Wanting to bring her mother’s homemade biscuit recipe to the masses, Carrie Morey started Callie’s Charleston Biscuits in 2005, named for her mother, with a line of original flavors that soon got the attention of Food & Wine, the New York Times, Oprah, and more. Carrie and her small team of bakers proudly serve up crowd-pleasing, fluffy favorites like Buttermilk, Cinnamon, and Cheese & Chive, which are easily warmed up in the oven and ready to eat in just minutes. The Callie’s family has also expanded to include their Hot Little Biscuit locations, allowing customers to come in and enjoy homemade biscuits in four cities throughout the South.
Our Callie's Selection Through our partnership, Callie’s orders will be shipped from an alternate facility outside of Murray’s. Orders placed prior to 3pm will ship out the next day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship out the following day, and you will receive a separate tracking number from Callie’s for your order. Callie’s Biscuits are shipped in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs and a two-day transit. They will arrive on your doorstep fully baked, frozen, and ready to be reheated or placed in the freezer.
