Cow's Milk Cheese
As diverse as they are delicious, cow’s milk cheeses encompass a huge variety of our favorite and most recognizable cheeses. What’s the difference between cow’s milk cheese and cheese made from sheep, goat, and buffalo milk? Well, a few things, but notably, color and flavor are distinguishing elements. Cheeses made from cow’s milk tend to be more yellow than other cheeses, and usually have grassier, nuttier profiles, as opposed to being bright or lactic. Some of the most iconic varieties? Cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Brie. Aged or raw, we love them all--whatever the type, there’s a cow’s milk cheese for everyone.
