We've taken two of our American favorites - Effie's cakes and Vermont Creamery's goat's milk cheeses - to show the delicious combination of the two. Lightly sweet and delectably buttery biscuits with tangy, lemony goat's milk cheeses work well together. Top the cocoacakes with Vermont Creamery's Cremont, or the oatcakes with Bonne Bouche - or vice versa. We love to spread the creamy cheeses atop the thick and crunchy biscuits, especially with a drizzle of Fat Toad's original caramel sauce. Sweet and savory come together, goat milk tanginess with some buttery sweetness.
