Ingredients
- 1 ea.Vermont Creamery Small Goat Log, 4 oz., at room temperature
- 1 link Seemore La-Dolce Beet-A Sausage, crumbled, cooked, and cooled
- 1 endive, leaves separated
- 1 Tbsp. walnuts, finely chopped
- Honey (we like something raw and local!)
Directions:
- Divide and spread your softened goat cheese among the endive leaves.
- On top of the goat cheese, evenly disperse the crumbles of sausage.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle with honey to taste. Serve immediately.
