Il Diavolo Grilled Cheese

A bit of bourbon, a peck of pepper
  • Il Diavolo Grilled Cheese with Pepper Jack, Bourbon Belavitano and Calabrese Salami sliced in half
  • Il Diavolo Grilled Cheese with Pepper Jack, Bourbon Belavitano and Calabrese Salami buttered and on the pan
  • Il Diavolo Grilled Cheese with Pepper Jack, Bourbon Belavitano and Calabrese Salami close up
This isn’t your mama’s grilled cheese. Unless, of course, she likes her cheeses washed in bourbon and spiked with hot pepper. That’s the M.O. of Il Diavolo. It uses equal parts pepper jack and Bourbon Bellavitano, the latter of which is a sweet, nutty, smoky creation crafted exclusively for Murray’s. Add some wine-infused salami, some roasted red peppers, and some fresh spinach, and you’ve got a grilled cheese sandwich that’s hale, hearty, and sinfully delicious.
