We’re riding the wave of a Mediterranean breeze with this raw milk Manchego that’s been brought to us straight from La Mancha, aged for a year, and rubbed with Murray’s own Arbequina olive oil. Toothsome with a slight crumble, this original creation boasts a slightly less nutty profile than its overseas sibling, with an herbal sweetness and light buttery essence—think sun-ripened olives and fresh bread—perfect for an afternoon picnic with a bright salad and a crisp Spanish white.
