Murray's Cave Aged Limited La Mancha
Meet the first Spanish cheese to come out of our caves. Young raw milk Manchego comes to us straight from La Mancha. We rub the wheels with Murray’s own Arbequina olive oil and age them in our caves for nine months. The result is an original cheese that’s slightly less nutty than its Spanish sibling, with an herbal sweetness, plenty of succulent richness, and notes of strawberry and butter. La Mancha is perfect with a bright salad and a crisp Spanish white.
