“This spread is incredibly versatile! I like to thin it out with a little Koroneiki olive oil and drizzle it over tomatoes, feta, and cucumbers. I also use it as a spread for provolone and sopressata sandwiche, and sometimes I add a dollop to the center of a dish of hummus. And I use it to top off homemade pizza. It also makes a great dip on its own for sweeter items like red bell pepper and baby carrots.”
