The McClure brothers use their great grandmother's recipe to continue their family's delicious pickling tradition. Their Garlic and Dill pickles are snappy spears that combine a salty homemade brine with a distinctly herbaceous, garlicky essence. Bright, fresh, and zesty, these pickles are perfect for summer snacking and barbecue spreads. Try pairing them with Brooklyn Cured Smoked Beef Kielbasa and Murray’s Whole Grain Mustard.

  • With help from their parents, brothers Bob and Joe McClure founded McClure’s Pickles in 2006 using their great grandmother Lala’s original recipe.
  • The brothers grew up in Michigan, and began making and selling pickles in Detroit, MI, where Joe lived and Brooklyn, NY where Bob lived.
  • As of 2009 all production happens in Michigan using fresh, local produce whenever possible. The cucumbers are brined and hand-packed according to the family recipe.
