This quick and easy twist on the classic glass of champagne adds cherry in two forms, making it slightly pink and perfect for any type of celebration. We love this fizzy, light cocktail with any of our rich triple creme cheeses for a decadent combination.
Midnight Amarena Fizz

Ingredients
- 3 Amarena cherries, plus 1/4 ounce syrup from the jar
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 2 brown sugar cubes
- 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering or cherry liqueur
- 4 ounces chilled Champagne
- Champagne Flute
Directions
- Begin by sprinkling the bitters over the sugar cubes and set aside.
- Next, add the Cherry Heering, Amarena cherries and 1/4 ounce of amarena cherry syrup to the flute.
- Finish by adding the sugar cubes and topping with the Champagne. Enjoy immediately.
