Made with an exceptionally high amount of cooked grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, this aged vinegar possesses the positive attributes of a tradizionale style balsamic vinegar without the prohibitively costly and extended aging process of at least twelve years. It is absolutely perfect for an array of culinary applications, both sweet and savory. Condimento is low in acidity and high in viscosity, with deep flavors of dried prune, blossom honey, and caramel. It’s the ideal all-around balsamic, perfect for incorporating into dressings or drizzling over Parmigiano-Reggiano. Murray’s works with a third generation family of vinegar producers in Modena, Italy who handcraft each batch of this fabulous vinegar for our label.
