A spicy, garlicky take on our classic dish Add some crunch and spice to our Classic Mac with just a few simple ingredients. Our mac ships frozen and arrives cool to the touch, ready to be heated up in the oven. With a three-cheese blend and topping of crunchy breadcrumbs, it’s the perfect base for Sir Kensington’s Brown Mustard, some garlic and dill pickle spears, and pieces of savory summer sausage and thinly sliced silky ham.

Ingredients
- 1 ea. Murray’s Classic Mac, 32 oz.
- 1 Tbsp. Murray's Whole Grain Mustard, 7 oz.
- 2 spears McClure’s Garlic Dill Pickles, 32 oz.
- 4 oz. Olympia Provisions Summer Sausage
- 2 oz. Surry Farm Sliced Surryano Ham
Directions
- Heat oven to 400F
- Cook Mac according to instructions.
- Cut the pickle spears into 1/4” pieces and place into a small mixing bowl. Add the mustard and a ½ teaspoon of the pickle brine and mix, set aside.
- Cut ¼ of the summer sausage and remove the wax casing. Cut the sausage into medium cubes, set aside.
- Roll the ham into a cigar shape then cut into ribbons starting at the end with a hole, set aside.
- Once the Mac has finished cooking, distribute the summer sausage, ham, and mustard pickles over the top.
