A classic balsamic fortified with Italian fig puree, this vinegar has thicker consistency like tawny port. It has enough flavor to dress a salad on its own and can do transcendent things to dessert dishes. Murray’s works with a third generation family of vinegar producers in Modena, Italy who handcraft each batch of this fabulous vinegar for our label.
