Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on the box and set aside.
  2. Gently heat milk on medium heat.
  3. Add the thyme, bay leaf, onion and garlic cloves and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. (Do not scald). Strain mixture and place back on heat.
  4. Gently whisk in the Murray’s Mac N Cheese Blend to milk and mix until completely incorporated.
  5. Add in chili powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold cooked pasta into cheese mixture and stir well.
  7. Add a ball of burrata on top of each serving and enjoy!
