With a three-cheese blend and topping of crunchy breadcrumbs, it’s the perfect base for Brooklyn Cured Hot Italian Sausage and a handful of sweet, fruity peppadews. Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F
  2. Cook Mac according to instructions.
  3. Cook sausage according to instructions. Once cooked, slice into ½” pieces.
  4. Remove the peppadews from brine and dry on a paper towel, then roughly chop.
  5. Once the Mac has finished cooking, distribute the cooked sausage and peppadews over top.
  6. Enjoy!
