Just call us Laura Ingalls, because we could not be Wilder for Little Bloom. It’s done in the style of Camembert, meaning you’re gonna get that delicate, downy rind and gloriously gooey creamline. But instead of the cows of Camembert, Little Bloom is made with milk from goats on Prairie Fruits Farm in southern Illinois, giving the paste a mild, citrusy note that draws out a creamy flavor of eggs gently scrambled in butter. Pair it with some berries and honey, and it's enough to crack a smile across Pa’s notoriously stern mug.
