Quattro Portoni

This Italian maker has a unique trademark: all of the Quattro Portoni products are made entirely with buffalo milk. Founded and operated by the Gritti family, it grew from a classic farm in 1968 to a buffalo milk cheese operation starting in 2005 with the official creation of the Quattro Portoni dairy.
