Rustic Bakery Tart Cherry, Cacao Nib & Almond Crisps are a delightful blend of rich flavors and textures. These artisanal crackers combine dried cherries, crunchy bits of decadent cacao, and mild, nutty almonds in one bite that’s both crisp and slightly chewy. Elevate your next cheese board with these crackers, which pair well with sweet, creamy cheeses like Murray’s Mascarpone or Murray’s La Tur.

“The level of flavor in this crisp is perfect! These are my favorite crackers to include in a dessert cheese pairing. My go-to is this with a dollop of Delice and scoop of spiced cherry jam.”

  • Rustic Bakery has a history of creating high-quality crackers designed to complement fine cheese.
  • Rustic Bakery’s Artisan Crisps are notable for their crispy yet chewy texture, thanks to the addition of dried fruits.
  • Cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed cacao beans — or cocoa beans — that have a bitter, chocolatey flavor.
  • The crackers are made in a similar style to bread, by combining all the ingredients in a loaf which is then sliced to display the fruit and nuts inside.
  • Rustic Bakery was founded by Carol LeValley and Josh Harris in 2005.
  • After the couple received an order for 50 cases of their homemade sourdough flatbread crackers from Cowgirl Creamery, a San Francisco-based artisanal cheese producer, they quickly settled into a commercial kitchen space near their Navato home and launched their company.
  • LeValley and Harris shared their flatbread crackers the following January at San Francisco’s Fancy Food Show, and quickly caught the attention of industry insiders. Not long after, the brand went national.
  • Today, Rustic Bakery is best known for their simple, flavorful crackers and shortbreads that pair beautifully with a wide variety of cheeses
