Side Ride Cocktail with Cheese Pairings by Sas Stewart

An original Vermont gin concoction
  • Side Ride Cocktail with Cheese Pairings by Sas Stewart
  • This collaboration between Vermont Creamery and Sas Stewart, the co-founder of Vermont’s Stonecutter Spirits, is one bright blend of flavor with an equally summery cheese pairing. Simple and refreshing, this original cocktail mixes aged gin with a dash of lemon juice and bitters, with a garnish of cool sage and lemon, paired with a hand-crafted bite featuring creamy Bijou, caramelized apples, smoked salmon, a hint of dill and creme fraiche atop a crisp cracker.
