Recipes: The Left Bank Honey Spice
Left Bank Honey Spice
Warm and spicy, like being wrapped in a big bourbon blanket With the warmth of a toddy and the spice of a bourbon cocktail, this creation from Left Bank in NYC is a hot sip of autumnal flavor for any season. Known for their delicious, homemade meals, Left Bank is a neighborhood institution of the West Village that emphasizes a comfortable “understated metropolitan” aesthetic and simple recipes that keep patrons coming back for more. While Scottish Heather Honey from Murray’s inspired the base of this cold-weather cocktail, its flavor profile is built up with the addition of Wood’s Cider Mill Syrup and Murray’s Apple Cider Vinegar to create a distinctly cozy concoction.
