Ever wondered what it would be like to build the ultimate burger-grilled cheese hybrid? Look no further. The Resolution Breaker from Brooklyn’s Clinton Hall, dreamed up by Executive Chef Darryl Harmon, puts a whole new twist on Murray’s classic melt. Our original blend of cheeses--including Gouda, Fontina, and a mix of Alpines--is melted atop grilled slices of potato bread in traditional form, and then separated by a juicy hamburger, creating a brand new sandwich with a whole lot of cheese. Perfect as a summer snack or an indulgent treat, this savory stack is a showstopper.

Directions

  1. Craft a burger patty using ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook on a grill or in a pan over high heat until desired temperature.
  2. Shred Gouda and Fontina cheese and mix with Mac & Cheese blend. Place melted butter on the grill and add 4 slices of bread.
  3. Spread cheese evenly on all 4 slices of bread, cover and melt--about 5 minutes. Once cheese is melted, make into sandwich form.
  4. Place cheese curds directly on grill and cover until completely melted.
  5. Assemble burger starting with 1 grilled cheese. Add burger and top with melted cheese curds. Top with B&B pickles.
  6. Add the last grill cheese on top and cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
