We’re going back in time with this vermouth-based cocktail--popular in 1920s Paris, this sweet, fruity cocktail packs a serious punch. Made from French vermouth, cherry liqueur, and raspberry jam, this Rose is a modern-day take on the IBA-certified cocktail (International Bartenders Association). Sidehill Farm jam was our first choice for this concoction--made from just raspberries and sugar (no pectin!), it’s a bright dollop of fresh, fruity flavor.

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with an Amarena cherry.
