The Strawberry Cosmonaut Cocktail with Cheese Pairings
The Strawberry Cosmonaut Cocktail with Cheese Pairings
A fresh, fruity take on a classic Cosmo We’re infusing a traditional Cosmopolitan with bright strawberry flavor! To give this drink a real kick of sweet fruit and touch of mouthwatering tang, we’re crafting our own Strawberry Shrub, a mix of sugar, vinegar, and fresh fruit that’s used to balance out the sweetness and alcohol in cocktails, and can be used in mocktails as well! For drinks on the sweeter side, we recommend mellow, creamy cheese pairings like a Young Goat Gouda or a bloomy cheese like Brebirousse D’Argental.
