The Summertime Blues Cocktail with Cheese Pairings
The Summertime Blues Cocktail with Cheese Pairings
A blend of smooth berries and cool lime If you love fruit cocktails, you’re going to want to mix up this cool summer sipper that’s inspired by a classic blueberry daiquiri. Instead of blending our ingredients, we’ve shaken them with ice and combined Murray’s Wild Blueberries Preserves, a naturally sweet jam, with a touch of lime juice for a seriously surprising flavor explosion. For a smooth drink with a touch of tang, try pairing with bold cheeses like a creamy blue, such as Cambozola, or something mild and sweet like Young Goat Gouda.
