Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Vermont Creamery Quark
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh mint
  • 1 clove Garlic, smashed
  • 1 Small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 oz. Vermont Creamery Goats' Milk Feta or
    Meredith Dairy Feta
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Serve with crudite or pita bread.
