This is not that Robiola. Sure it's square from Piedmont, but bigger and thinner: a luscious slab of creamy, buttery goodness that's all satin on the way down. The addition of sheep milk gives a bit of tang, and though unlikely to be left uneaten, this robiola will run ever so gently across the plate when left unattended. Simple, easy, and pleasing to all, even finicky children, though we do not encourage sharing your Prosecco with the kids.
