Are Your Classrooms Wheelchair Accessible?
Our classrooms are located upstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
What If I Can't Make The Class I Signed Up For?
Please request a refund through Eventbrite prior to 24 hours before your scheduled class. Your refund will be processed through Eventbrite.
Can I Transfer Tickets To Another Class?
Please request a refund through Eventbrite prior to 24 hours before your scheduled class. Your refund will be processed, and you’ll be able to purchase tickets for your preferred class.
Is There A Wait-List For Classes?
Yes! Feel free to join the wait-list if a class you’re interested in is sold out. You will be notified if there are openings due to cancellations, which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
I can’t make the class that I am signed up for. What can I do?
We are unable to refund tickets, and are only sometimes able to transfer them. There are no guaranteed ticket transfers. Up to 48 hours before a class, if the class is full and has a waitlist, there is sometimes the option to transfer tickets to another class of equal or lesser value. The fee for transferring a class is $10 per ticket. If it is less than 48 hours before an event, we cannot transfer the tickets, but you are welcome to send anyone else in your place.
I would like to give someone a class as a gift. How do I do that?
We strongly suggest purchasing a Murray’s gift card instead of individual tickets to classes. You can purchase a gift card online here or at our New York City retail stores. If you would like to purchase online for an amount not listed, please call our Customer Experience Team at 888-692-4339 ext. 7.
How Do I Buy Class Tickets With A Gift Card?
Please visit our classes page on Eventbrite and decide which class you would like to attend. Once you know your class date, title and time, please follow this link to give us all of your gift card information. We will process your request ASAP and you will receive final confirmation of your class attendance with an email follow up from Eventbrite. YOUR CLASS RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THIS FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM EVENTBRITE. Do you offer private classes?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of private classes and events. You can find more information here. Or email events@murrayscheese.com and a Murray’s representative will contact you with options to customize an event that is perfect for your group.
I Purchased A Virtual Class. How Will I Receive My Cheese And Other Information About The Class?
Cheeses for our virtual classes typically ship out 2-5 days prior to your class via Fedex for overnight shipping. All communication regarding the Zoom link, shipment, and instructions will come in emails from education@murrayscheese.com.
I bought my ticket on CourseHorse.
If you purchased your Cooking class on CourseHorse, then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you have any questions, please visit the CourseHorse site in New York and contact their customer service team.
