Get a rare, behind the scene glimpse of the Murray's subterranean cheese aging caves, designed by Hervé Mons, the leading affineur, or "Meilleur Ouvrier," of France.

During your private tour, you'll get an inside peak behind the scenes at Murray's Cheese. Explore with one of our cheese experts, and tread where few have gone. Get up close and personal with our hundreds of cheese wheels, turned and washed regularly to distribute the butterfat and improve their flavor while they ripen.

Afterward, test out your new appreciation for our aging specimens at a private tasting in our classroom, where seasonal wedges will be paired with wine.
