Ingredients
- 1 lb. Champlain Valley Creamery Organic Cream Cheese
- 3 oz. Murray’s Pecorino Calabrese, plus 1 tbsp. for topping
- 3 tsp. Black Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 10 oz. Milk
- Chives for garnish
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, Pecorino Calabrese, black pepper, milk and salt in blender or hand mixer until smooth. (Black pepper can be increased or decreased to liking)
- Top with reserved tablespoon of Pecorino Calabrese and chopped chives
