You may have picked up on the fact that we live & breathe cheese around here. In fact, according to our doctors -- it’s in our blood. And educating you about the awesomeness that is cheese is at the heart of what we do.
After we’ve worked with you to select the best possible cheeses for your menu, it’s time to get your staff up to speed. We’ll come to you and teach your staff not only about the cheeses on your menu, but we’ll also talk to them about proper cheese care, cutting, serving, and storage, and we will answer all of their cheesy questions.
Now we realize that not everyone has the time to schedule a staff-training -- this is a busy town. But we just couldn’t live with ourselves if we didn’t provide you with some alternate educational opportunities. Perhaps you have Mondays off. Perhaps you would like to spend your free time with us. Then why not check out our Industry Mondays! Check it: the first Monday of every month we invite our clients for a guided tasting of some of our favorite cheeses followed by a cave tour. Bonus: it’s BYOB! Space is limited, so an RSVP is a must.
