Do you offer more than just cheese?
Yes! We have a full catering menu including your favorite cheeses and entertaining options. Plus lunch, sweets and snacks for any gathering, large or small!

How are you offering your platters during the current situation?
We are offering two different formats, our traditional platters you know and love, or individually plated portions. Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything with a small individual pack of our favorite crackers on the side. Perfect for grab and go snacking!

Is there a fee for the individually packed portions?
There is a small $10 fee added to each platter that is requested to be individually wrapped.

Are you taking extra precautions during these times?
We are monitoring the health of our teams closely, ensuring proper measures are being practiced, with additional sanitation measures being put in place.

Do you have a minimum/maximum for placing an order?
No minimum! Happy to coordinate catering for events 10 – 1,000 guests.

What are your customer service hours?
We are available by phone and email Monday-Friday between 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. If you reach out after business hours, please leave a voicemail or send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as we return to the office!

When should I place my catering order?
We request 48 hours notice for all catering orders, and we recommend all order details are finalized by 2 pm the day prior to your event. It is always better to plan ahead, so feel free to reach out with more notice to get started planning your event!

I have a last minute meeting/event. Can you accommodate?
Give us a call! While we can’t guarantee we can accommodate with less than 24 hours notice, we always do our best to fit you into our catering schedule. Please note, a 10% rush fee is added to any orders placed with less than 24 hours notice.

My meeting/event was just cancelled/rescheduled.
Sorry to hear that! If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of your event, there is a 50% charge. We make all catering fresh to order, so if your event is rescheduled for next week, we will coordinate fresh platters for that event.

Do you offer delivery and is there a fee?
We deliver in Manhattan, Brooklyn and LIC, by restructuring our delivery program with our courier partners we now have a flat-rate delivery fee of $10.00.

What is the Administrative fee?
The Catering Administrative Fee is applied to all catering orders, is directly related to the price of food and beverage and serves to offset variable expenses associated with providing quality customer support and logistics. This may include administrative overhead, documentation such as insurance fees and permits, variable costs of our courier partners, preparation and other management of the catering order. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

My event is outside of NYC, can you deliver?
We use a courier to hand deliver all catering orders, so we can only deliver within Manhattan, Brooklyn and LIC. You are welcome to pick up your catering at our West Village location and bring to your event.

Is there a gratuity included for the courier?
We apply a delivery and administrative fee to all catering orders, however this is not a gratuity. Our couriers are paid per delivery and while tip is not expected, it is always appreciated, and you are welcome to provide a gratuity at your discretion in cash on arrival.
