The artisans at Charlito’s Cocina are masters at creating delicious charcuterie using minimal ingredients, and this rustic, dry-cured salami is a perfect example. Made from pasture-raised, heritage breed pork infused with earthy black truffles and mineral-rich sea salt, this salami needs little else to reach perfection. A luxe mushroomy essence shines through the mouthwatering marbled fat. Indulge in the luxe flavors of black truffles by pairing this with a truffle-studded cheese like Moliterno al Tartufo, or reach for Murray's Greensward or Ossau Iraty.

"There is no such thing as too much truffle. Create a lavish canape by topping this truffle salami with Trufflin Black Truffle Honey and Grafton Village Cheese Truffle Cheddar Bar."

  • The salt used in this, and all of Charlito’s Cocina’s products, comes from an old salt works on the Pacific coast of Guatemala. The salt originates from the sea, passes through an ancient mangrove forest, and arrives at the shallow saltwater ponds. From there, it’s raked by hand after being crystallized in the sun.
  • This salami has not been heat-treated or smoked.
  • The Trufa Seca is dry cured for up to two months.
  • Since 2011, Charlito’s Cocina has prided itself on creating the highest quality cured foods using time-honored family recipes.
