Fresh Robiola 100 Gr
Robiola is an Italian style of cheese that materializes around the Piedmont region in many forms, many times lightly ripened and made from different proportions of goat, sheep or cow's milk. This is the most elemental version: pure cow's milk in its softest, most spreadable form. Shaped into cubes that range from the white of fresh snow to a bloomy pale rose color, these fresh blocks should be cut into to enjoy the creamy interior. Italy's version of cream cheese, Robiola's sweet cream flavors make it an ideal partner to fruity strawberry preserves.

Pair with: Just about anything but we love it with firm natural rind cheese, like Landaff.
Basque/Normandy : barnyardy and funky, but still with a little sweetness.
Pair with: A beefy washed rind, like Grayson to contrast the sugar and bring out the funk.
Sparkling WineChampagne, Cava, Prosecco, anything with bubbles!
