Frosé With Cheese Pairings

The only drink more refreshing than a crisp glass of well-chilled rosé is frosé, and our version is the ultimate summer treat. Make the rosé syrup in advance using your favorite bottle of wine and some Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves for a hit of tart fruit flavor (and another pop of pink). When you're ready to sip, just add the syrup, more rosé, and ice, and blend away. It's easy drinking on a hot summer day, best enjoyed outdoors with a friend.

Make the rosé syrup: Heat the rosé in a small saucepan until it just reaches a simmer. Remove from the heat, then add the sugar and preserves, stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Add the cooled syrup, rosé, and ice to a blender, and blend until ice is fully broken down. Split between two glasses garnishing each with a strawberry. Enjoy with creamy cheese pairings.
