Murray's Signature Pimento Cheese Dip

Whether you’re hosting a Sunday gathering for game day or setting up a cocktail spread, this original cheese dip is the perfect party pleaser, featuring Murray’s Cheddar, peppadews, and a burst of spicy heat. A traditionally Southern dish, pimento cheese is a classic appetizer staple, ideal for dipping crackers, bread, or skewers, or spreading onto a sandwich.

preparation & ingredients

1 ½ cups Mayonnaise

½ cup Greek yogurt

¾ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

¾ tsp. Onion powder

¼ tsp. Cayenne powder

2 tsp. Kosher Salt

2/3 lbs. New York State Yellow Cheddar, grated

2/3 lbs. Murray’s English Cheddar, grated

¾ cup Peppadews

1 package Z Crackers Sea Salt And Olive Oil Crackers, 8oz

Place the peppadews in a food processor and pulse until finely minced.
In a medium large mixing bowl, add the minced peppadews, mayonnaise, greek yogurt, Worcestershire, onion powder, cayenne and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Add the grated cheese and mix. Serve at room temperature. Can be held in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
