This traditionally French Alsatian pub salami is flavored with clove, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon to give it a toasty blend of spice that compliments the pork’s natural richness. While it’s a perfect selection for holiday snacking, this saucisson is a year-round favorite, especially when served with buttery French cheeses like Tentation de Saint Felicien and a glass of wine from the same region like sparkling Cremant.
