New, limited edition Bayley! Our pals at Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont have just unveiled a special edition of their celebrated Bayley Hazen Blue cheese: Bayley Hazen with sheep's milk. The traditional Bayley Hazen has a deep, chocolatey, bacony flavor to it, and all those mighty notes remain in this version. The difference is the inclusion of raw sheep’s milk from their neighboring farm, which increases the butterfat and protein content, giving this new rendition a supremely luscious, dense, and silky texture, along with subtle notes of classic sheep’s milk cheeses.
