Robb, who grew up on a farm and has a background in power and energy, had the idea to create high-quality maple syrup using inspiration from traditional techniques and his own knowledge of science and technology.
He created a state-of-the-art production process to purify and preserve maple sap in its most natural form, creating a premium syrup that is 100% organic and pure.
Robb’s wife Lydia uses the maple syrup for cooking applications, substituting it as a natural sweetener in beverages and using it to cook and bake from scratch.
Maple syrup mixes well with ricotta and other fresh cheeses. The sweetness and creaminess combine in a delicious spread on french toast, pancakes, and shortbread.

Crown Maple was established in 2010 by Robb and Lydia Turner in New York’s Hudson Valley.
The syrup is produced on an 800-acre organic maple farm using a process that combines traditional maple sugaring with new technology to preserve maple sap in its most natural form.
