Featuring a wide variety of delicious, unique, and delightfully cheesy options, Murray’s Mac & Cheese aims to combine our top cheeses with New York’s best pasta for a dining experience unlike any other. Our menu has it all: iconic classics, comfort food staples, and original gourmet creations from our Executive Chef, David Elkins.
Since 2012, Brooklyn-originated company Sfoglini has been bringing authentic Italian pasta to New York City. To bring Murray’s Mac and Cheese to life, we decided to partner up with them and use their beloved radiator pasta as the base for our mac and cheese recipes. Made with only two ingredients, organic durum semolina and water, this fun, textured pasta is the perfect pair for our cheesy concoctions.
