Murray’s Loaded Cheese Dog
Murray’s Loaded Cheese Dog
A double dog loaded with punchy toppings. This is a hot dog for a special occasion, when you want to go all out. And it’s totally worth it, whether you use our favorite Olympia Provisions franks or not (if you haven’t tried them, you definitely should!). The toppings are what make this dog stand out, from the melty white Cheddar to the smoked onion jam to the crumbled bacon. Don’t skip the cilantro aioli, the only element of this recipe that requires work but only whizzing a few ingredients in a blender. It’s the herby, acidic kick from the aioli that brings the whole thing together.
