French Martini
The French Martini is a product of the 1980s cocktail renaissance. What makes it French? That would be the Chambord, which brings a rich raspberry note to the drink. That quality makes it particularly pairable with Fourme D’ambert, a French blue that has sweet wine folded into the paste.
